Cabtivo, the pioneering Greek company in the field of in-car Digital Out of Home, participated in the Programmatic Conference 2024, showcasing its innovative solutions and growth trajectory. At the conference, Cabtivo’s Co-Founder, Sol Saltiel, spoke in a “fireside chat” with the co-organizer and moderator of the conference, Konstantinos Kamara.

During the discussion, Sol Saltiel emphasized the uniqueness of the company’s proprietary software and hardware that achieve precise targeting of passengers on the move. He also announced the recent partnership with the American DOOH technology company, Vistar Media, to enable programmatic advertising in taxis. This makes Cabtivo the first company in Europe to achieve such an integration, paving the way for all well-known DSPs (Eskimi, DV360, The Trade Desk, etc.) to buy Cabtivo’s traffic beyond the traditional managed method.
For the first time at the conference, it was also announced that Cabtivo has completed its integration with GR Exchange, allowing advertisers to purchase traffic with a click and receive comprehensive reporting through the GR Exchange platform. This marks a significant step towards automation and efficiency in advertising campaigns.
Sol Saltiel also addressed the challenges of advertising within transportation, especially in taxis, such as maintaining a comfortable and safe environment for passengers and ensuring the relevance and accuracy of advertisements through geolocation and real-time data processing. He highlighted Cabtivo’s commitment to data protection, adhering to strict regulations, and using advanced encryption methods.
Regarding Cabtivo’s future plans, he revealed that the company plans to further expand in Athens and Thessaloniki, while also exploring opportunities in other cities, new modes of transportation, and foreign countries.
Cabtivo’s participation in the Programmatic Conference 2024 showcased the company’s dynamism and innovative approach to Programmatic Advertising, reaffirming its leading position in the mobility and DOOH sectors.
